What we can offer
Dongrui offers a comprehensive range of cold heading machines designed for high-efficiency, precision manufacturing, including multi-station models with 3–8 stations and high-speed models with 4–6 stations. Our equipment processes products up to 30 mm in diameter and achieves maximum production speeds of 400 pieces per minute, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial production.
Our machines are engineered to manufacture both standard fasteners and complex non-standard parts, delivering exceptional performance in terms of precision, speed, and reliability. Our company has a professional R&D team with decades of industry experience and has created nearly a hundred invention patents. Our high-precision high-speed cold heading machine and ball header machine are the first products in China, breaking the industry gap in the country.
Our company invests heavily in raw material costs, as we understand that the most important factor for exporting machines is reliable quality to ensure stable use for customers. Our investment in body castings is approximately 30% higher than that of domestic competitors, ensuring that our machines can maintain a service life of at least 20 years even under continuous operation. For other critical components, we use imported internationally renowned brands. Our goal is always to provide customers with the best Chinese-made equipment.
Our factory operates two processing workshops equipped with various imported CNC machine tools and other advanced processing equipment. All component processing is carried out in-house, ensuring sufficient spare parts inventory. This allows us to respond quickly and dispatch spare parts within 24 hours upon receiving customer after-sales requests, helping customers resume production as soon as possible.
