The machine is equipped with a high-accuracy main sliding block, reliable feeding system, and pneumatic gripping mechanism to ensure smooth wire feeding, stable clamping, and consistent forming performance. Independently adjustable front and rear knockout devices, together with a stable wire cutting system, help maintain product consistency throughout the forming cycle.
For improved operation and flexibility, the machine supports quick die change and can be equipped with an optional touch screen and man-machine dialogue control system. Complete safety alarm functions allow the machine to stop automatically and give an alarm in case of abnormal conditions, ensuring safe and reliable production.
