5 Station Bolt Making Machine

The DBF 5-station cold heading machine is designed for the production of complex fasteners and selected non-standard parts. Compared with 4-station models, the five-die five-blow configuration provides additional forming stages, allowing the machine to handle more complex geometries and expand beyond standard bolt production.

The machine can be equipped with Dongrui’s patented gripper transfer mechanism, enabling part orientation changes during transfer. This feature effectively addresses forming challenges for complex parts and ensures stable production with consistent quality.

A fully functional control panel ensures simple and intuitive operation, with an optional touch screen for real-time monitoring of machine status. Electric adjustment devices can be added based on customer requirements to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.

A complete safety alarm system ensures automatic stop and alarm in case of abnormal conditions, while safety start and stop buttons provide reliable protection during operation.
